Promote a “secure by design” culture across technology and business teams. Oversee enterprise security awareness and training programs. Work with regulators, law enforcement, and advisory bodies as needed. Partner with Corporate Risk to align cybersecurity and IT risk reporting. Manage the department’s operating and capital budgets. Build, lead, and develop high-performing cybersecurity teams. Requirements
Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred. 10+ years of senior leadership experience. 10+ years in IT leadership, with a focus on cybersecurity or information security. Proven experience designing and running enterprise cybersecurity programs. Experience leading teams across multiple technology areas. Agile or Lean experience is a significant asset. Robust executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders, regulators, and external partners. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities, sound risk management judgment, and effective decision-making skills.
