Job Description We are currently onboarding independent subcontractor cleaners to provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services for our clients. This opportunity is ideal for experienced, reliable cleaners looking for flexible work and ongoing job opportunities.

As an independent subcontractor, you will be assigned cleaning jobs based on your availability, location, experience, and client service needs.

What You Will Do

Provide professional residential and/or commercial cleaning services at client locations

Complete cleaning assignments according to company service guidelines and quality standards

Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with clients

Communicate promptly and professionally with clients and the operations team

Confirm job completion as required

Report any concerns, damages, or issues identified during an assignment

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, reliability, and professionalism

Complete assigned jobs within the expected timeframe

Who We Are Looking For

Previous professional, residential, or commercial cleaning experience preferred

Reliable, punctual, and responsible individuals

Strong attention to detail

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage assigned jobs effectively

Professional and respectful attitude





Ability to follow instructions and meet service expectations

Legally eligible to work as an independent subcontractor

Transportation

Applicants with their own vehicle are welcome

Applicants without a vehicle may also be considered

Transportation arrangements will be reviewed during onboarding

Assignments will be matched based on location, transportation availability, and service requirements

Smartphone with reliable internet access

Ability to communicate with the company and clients as required

Ability to complete identity and background verification

Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment

Cleaning supplies are preferred but may not be required for every assignment

Reliable transportation appropriate for assigned jobs

Ability to meet client and company service standards

Compensation

Compensation may be paid per job or per hour, depending on the assignment

Rates will be discussed during the onboarding process and may vary based on experience, job type, location, and service requirements
