$100,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualification What You’ll Do
Develop competitive cost estimates and bid proposals Lead tender preparation and submission Identify new public and private bid opportunities Review project bids with senior leadership Build and maintain detailed construction schedules Host project kickoff meetings with site leadership Oversee daily cost tracking and project controls Coordinate materials, subcontractors, internal crews, and equipment Maintain strong client relationships and assist with contract negotiations Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements Prepare and issue change orders Advise leadership on claims, risks, and project issues Manage invoicing and subcontractor progress draws Lead, coach, and mentor direct reports Promote and enforce a zero-compromise safety culture Implement project management best practices specific to marine construction Tackle other duties as assigned What You’ll Bring
5+ years estimating and managing large-scale, multidisciplinary civil or marine projects 5+ years’ experience as a PM, Construction Manager, or Site Superintendent overseeing large field crews (50+ workers) Civil Engineering degree or Civil Technology diploma (required) PMP certification is a plus Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills A proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines Legally Entitled to Work in Canada:
