Forecast Coffee is expanding and seeks an experienced Cafe Manager to spearhead operations at two new sites. You will lead a team of baristas, schedule shifts, and ensure high standards in coffee and food service. Your strong leadership will also drive community engagement and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage café operations while leading the barista team
• Schedule staff and supervise daily functions
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items
• Foster a safe and inclusive space for everyone
• Handle stock management and ordering efficiently
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar management role
• Proficient in specialty coffee and roasting processes
• Strong training and development experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory software
• Food Safe Level 1 certification mandatory
