In this role you will deliver high-quality functional support and consultancy services for D365 FSCM, with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management modules. You will work closely with clients to optimize their systems, resolve complex issues, and ensure long-term platform stability and value.This is a mid-to-senior level role for an established consultant with robust SCM expertise.Areas of ResponsibilityProvide hands‐on functional support and consultancy for D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management within agreed Service Level TargetsAct as a subject matter expert for Supply Chain Management modules, including Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, and LogisticsAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex business and system issuesCollaborate with client stakeholders to improve system usage and business processesProactively identify risks, recurring issues, and optimization opportunitiesCollaborate with team members as part of a global divisionRecommend improvements to internal support methodologies and processes, along with proposed solutionsRecognize opportunities for additional service offerings or enhancements that can benefit clientsLiaise with Microsoft and ISV partners where requiredSupport release management, testing,
