Responsibilities include greeting residents/guests and visitors, answering questions, transferring phone calls, distributing mail/parcels, monitoring building access, issuing keys and equipment, processing payments, and other administrative duties. The Service Coordinator is also responsible for training and scheduling other service desk staff, reviewing logs and audits, ordering supplies, and responding to routine email inquiries.Your responsibilities will include:Acting as the first point of contact for general enquiriesResolving minor complaints within the scope of the role and referring larger issues when appropriateDistributing routine welcome packages to studentsProviding guided tours of facilitiesDrafting internaland external communicationsDirecting the activities of casual staffCoordinating staff schedule to ensure proper coverageEssential Qualifications:Advanced College Diploma (3 years) or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.Minimum three (3) years of administrative work experience in a post secondary environment,
