We are seeking a driven, solution-focused Dental Administrator (Receptionist or Office Manager) to manage operations, uphold our brand excellence, and deliver an exceptional standard of care. Qualifications:
Knowledge of Tracker is a MUST. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with a "get-it-done" mindset. Hospitality-Minded: Passionate about luxury-level patient care and brand presentation. Possess a positive, proactive attitude, strong emotional intelligence, and zero tolerance for workplace toxicity. Knowledge of dental terminology and Canadian Insurance Perks is required. Patient Care & Hospitality: Deliver consistent, top-tier service ensuring every patient feels valued from arrival to departure. Practice Growth & Branding: Protect and elevate the office’s boutique brand, align administrative workflows with our high standards,
and stay focused on practice KPIs and business health. Practice Management: Oversee scheduling, administrative flow, and patient communication using Tracker. Problem Solving: Take ownership of administrative challenges, proactively finding and implementing smart solutions independently. The Schedule:
Two Days a week (Monday/Tuesday/) Two Saturdays per month (8 AM to 3 PM). Job Details:
