Location: Toronto, Canada

Duration: Full Time

Job Description:-

- Customer Service Management--Knowledge of tools and techniques for maintaining an environment where all understand, and are committed to, providing excellent service to internal and external customers.




- Problem Solving--Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems.
- 4 years of DB2 Database Performance and Tuning.
- 5 years of recent production database administration of db2 v9 databases.
- DB2 Database Administration Certification on V8 or higher is preferred.
- Experience of db2 database patching and upgrade.
- Familiar with Oracle, or MSSQL Server or Sybase will be a plus
