• Provide outstanding service to brokers and clients • Respond promptly to inquiries via email and phone • Follow through on client actions within agreed timelines • Identify and escalate responsible issues efficiently • Document all interactions accurately and thoroughly

Requirements: • 3-5 years of customer service experience • Fluency in both French and English • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and MS Word • College or University Degree
