We provide roll-off bin services, waste haulage, recycling, and disposal solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. We are currently seeking an experienced 310T Truck & Coach Technician to join our maintenance team. Schedule

Monday to Friday:

7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Occasional Saturdays:

7:30 AM - 11:30 AM Company service van provided for road service calls Position Summary

The 310T Truck & Coach Technician is responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of a fleet of heavy trucks, loaders, and waste management equipment. This role involves both shop-based repairs and mobile service work using a company-provided service vehicle. Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on heavy trucks and trailers. Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, air brake, suspension, steering, and engine systems. Maintain and repair loaders, roll-off trucks, compactors, and other waste management equipment.



Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Troubleshoot mechanical failures both in the shop and at customer or roadside locations. Complete service calls using a company-provided mobile service van. Perform welding, fabrication, and equipment repairs as required. Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and inspection reports. Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently. Assist with maintaining a clean and organized shop environment. Qualifications

Valid

310T Truck & Coach Technician License . Minimum 3-5 years of experience repairing heavy trucks and equipment. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Experience working with loaders, hydraulic systems, and heavy equipment. Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
