The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for logistics related to the receipt and shipment of raw materials and finished products.

We are looking for a full-time Logistics Coordinator (day shift).

Key responsibilities

Ensure that logistics management is properly implemented and understood by those directly involved in its implementation and monitoring

Recommend the optimal mode of transportation; we deliver throughout Canada and worldwide

Prepare shipping documents world wide.

On a regular basis, analyze transportation costs and always choose the best balance of price and service;

Ensure that orders are ready on time and communicate with carriers





Resolve issues related to transportation, logistics, imports and exports, and customers;

Ensure that transportation companies follow procedures and policies

Coordinate with the Receiving/Shipping Supervisor regarding the arrival of raw materials;

Coordinate our trucks and drivers

The Logistics Coordinator will verify that tasks related to receiving and shipping are properly completed and that HACCP/SQF documents are kept up to date;

Qualifications required

Experience or understanding of customs brokerage, freight forwarding, and transportation strategies.

Attention to detail

Ability to consistently reproduce quality standards

Strong analytical skills for process optimization

Excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions
