This role plays a key part in managing prospect data, coordinating move-in documentation and ensuring each recent resident's transition to Sunrise is smooth, organized and aligned with our shared values.What You'll Do:Maintain and update the CRM lead tracking system with accurate prospect informationSupport sales goals by coordinating appointments, follow-up and required reportsPrepare resident administrative files in compliance with Sunrise and state requirementsManage the move-in process, including paperwork, assessments and agreement signingConduct resident orientation and review Welcome Packet on move-in dayCoordinate suite readiness with MaintenanceCommunicate with families,
