Full Cycle Bookkeeper & Administrative Coordinator
to become an important part of their small, collaborative office team. Accounting comes first—but this isn't a role where you'll be confined to one function. You'll own important day-to-day accounting responsibilities while also supporting administration and operations, improving processes, and taking on more responsibility as you grow with the business. You'll keep the accounting side of the business organized through: Accounts payable Accounts receivable Reconciliations Payroll HST Collections Month-end support Once those priorities are covered, you may also help with:
Warehouse administration Other office requirements Process improvements The common thread is
ownership : See what needs doing, get the details right, and help keep the business moving. What You'll Be Responsible For
Month-end support HST and remittances Maintaining accurate financial records Year-end support Working with external accountants Cash & Working Capital
Collections Cash flow support Processes & SOPs
Identify process gaps. Help develop and document recent Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Administration & Operations
General office administration Shipping and warehouse support Documentation Assist other departments as required What We're Looking For
Experience & Technical Skills
3+ years
of practical bookkeeping or accounting experience. Strong full-cycle accounting fundamentals. Experience with
QuickBooks . Experience with:
Month-end procedures Payroll HST
Personal & Professional Skills
We're looking for someone who is: Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized. Comfortable learning new accounting and ERP systems. Proactive and assertive. Able to take ownership without constant direction. Process-minded and interested in improving how things are done. Personable and comfortable working closely within a small team.
