How You’ll Make An Impact
Reporting to the Manager,
Membership Product & Rewards, you’ll play a key role in growing and evolving AMA’s Member Rewards program.
- Bridge strategy and execution across the Rewards program by deeply understanding AMA’s broader association goals and translating them into high‑impact partnership opportunities
- Identify and prioritize initiatives with clear outcomes and recommend ways to deliver value through both new and existing partner relationships
- Develop and execute strategies to drive partner acquisition and program growth, including negotiating agreements with new and existing partners to align with strategic objectives
- Build and manage strong relationships with partners to drive engagement and long‑term success
- Collaborate with marketing to bring offers to life through campaigns and member communications
- Use data and market insights to identify trends, target segments, and optimize program performance, including developing member personas and buying patterns to inform strategy
- Deliver meaningful, relevant offers that enhance member experience and loyalty
What You Bring To The Table
- High school diploma with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience
- Post‑secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or Business is an asset
- Experience in marketing, affinity programs, or partnership development is a robust asset
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage partner relationships
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
- Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
