Reporting to the Senior Director of Clinical Services, this 12-month role focuses on enhancing the operational effectiveness of nursing and allied health staff. Collaborate closely with various managers and support current graduate nurses while maintaining a safe environment for patients. You'll play a key role in ensuring excellent service delivery across the department.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage staff scheduling and availability rosters • Oversee recruitment, orientation,
and performance evaluations • Collaborate on educational development for clinical teams • Monitor NRU metrics and facilitate strategic planning • Engage in negotiations with Bargaining Agents
Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Social Work, or related field • 3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare • Comprehensive knowledge of mental health and addiction care • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; bilingualism is an asset
