Supports benefit strategy through foundational financial analytics, reporting, and modeling. This role executes claims projections, benchmarking, and renewal analysis while building technicalproficiencyand contributing to client deliverables under guidance from senior strategists.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES** include but are not limited to**:

Performscore financial analytics in support of benefit strategy, renewals, and client decision‑making.

Executesclaims reporting,data warehouse andutilizationreporting,contribution modeling, benchmarking, stop‑loss analysis,GeoAccessand disruption analysis,and renewal projections.

SupportsFinancial Strategists on complex analytics and client deliverables.

Facilities renewal presentation meetings

Conductsmarket research and funding analysis to support strategic recommendations.

May mentor junior analysts and lead small projects.

Active Life & Health License

Salary Range

$62,000—$93,000 USD
