Collaborate with producers, strategists, creatives, developers, and senior designers throughout the design process. Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and contribute to client presentations. Manage design deliverables across multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality. Support production and execution to ensure creative excellence through final delivery. Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team. Requirements

2-4 years of professional experience in graphic, digital, brand, or experiential design. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. A portfolio demonstrating strong work in brand identity, visual systems, graphic design, digital experiences, and strategic creative thinking. Strong understanding of typography, layout,



colour, composition, and visual storytelling. Experience creating and maintaining design systems and brand guidelines. Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and digital prototyping. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Core Competencies
