- Customer’s first point of contact when they are shopping in-store or calling the branch
- Picking, preparing and loading purchased product on to the Company truck or customer’s truck
- Completing sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation reports, and purchasing
- Required to offload and put away product that is delivered to the branch
- Responsible for the safe and efficient movement and storage of the product while at the facility
- Lifting 80lbs and operate a lift truck
- Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and organized
- Demonstrating excellent customer service and strong communication skills as you interact directly with customers
Requirements
- College diploma and/or 3 or more years of Warehouse and Forklift Experience
- 3 or more years of successful retail, business, accounting, or sales experience
- Valid Forklift License - an asset (training can be provided)
- Ability to lift, push and carry 80-100lbs repeatedly
- Solid customer service skills
- Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset
- Authorized to work in Canada
