In this role as Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will focus on analyzing and improving business processes related to aircraft maintenance and manufacturing. You will coordinate change management activities and develop documentation to support current processes, while training colleagues to adapt smoothly to changes.

Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct process reviews to identify productivity improvements • Use lean and six sigma methodologies for analysis • Coordinate project management activities for process changes • Create reports and training materials to document changes • Measure and quantify success of improvement initiatives

Requirements: • Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar • Hands-on experience with process improvement techniques • Excellent communicator with strong analytical skills • Proficient in project management software • Background in aerospace or defense preferred
