As a key member of the mobile maintenance team, you will report to the Mobile Maintenance Coordinator. Your responsibilities will include crafting training programs, mentoring technicians in safe equipment handling, and assessing maintenance capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement mobile equipment training packages
• Mentor technicians for safe equipment operations




• Conduct performance evaluations and training assessments
• Organize comprehensive onboarding for recent hires
• Track and report on training effectiveness and compliance
Requirements:
• High School Diploma necessary
• Relevant college diploma or trade certification
• Minimum 7 years of heavy equipment operational experience
• OFF road Red seal certification preferred
• Train-the-trainer certification advantageous
