OPENLANE is seeking an Operations Manager for the Vehicle Logistics Center in Vars, Ontario. You will lead the day-to-day operations of the mechanical shop, detail shop, lot operations, and maintenance, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable performance aligned with OPENLANE’s goals. You are a results-driven leader with 3–5 years of operations management, robust business sense, and the ability to implement process improvements and drive team performance in a fast-paced automotive environment.
