As an Engineering Manager, you will guide a critical team dedicated to building OpenTable's partner ecosystem. This position involves a hands-on approach to API architecture and enhances the developer experience while prioritizing system resilience. You will mentor engineers and ensure high performance within a collaborative environment.

• Build and manage a high-performing engineering team • Define API standards and drive architectural decisions • Design systems for failure isolation and fault tolerance • Translate partner needs into clear technical priorities • Scale agentic access and improve developer ecosystem
Requirements: • Experience with high-scale public-facing APIs • Robust fundamentals in API design (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) • Proven capability in security protocols (OAuth, JWT) • Experience managing engineers and external stakeholders • Familiarity with low latency systems and cloud infrastructure
