This position supports daily operational activities within a rapid-paced banking environment, focusing on credit processes and small team management. The role offers exposure to credit operations, data entry, and team collaboration. Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $33.61/hr Responsibilities
Manage daily volumes to meet service timelines and SLA benchmarks Perform accurate data entry and maintain quality control Exercise sound judgment and elevate issues appropriately Follow policies, procedures, and risk controls diligently Communicate clearly with internal partners and external solicitors Ensure attendance, reliability, and professional conduct Contribute to team projects and operational improvements Interact with internal and external stakeholders regularly Handle access to customer data responsibly Desired Skill-Set
Data entry experience (minimum 3 years)
