Become a Caseworker with the John Howard Society of Saskatchewan. This full-time term role focuses on mediation, diversion services, and community partnerships within the criminal justice system.

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Caseworker will participate in fine option programs, monitor registrants, and foster community work placements. A vital part of this position is to complete documentation and ensure client satisfaction while educating the community on restorative practices. Key Responsibilities:



• Register participants for Fine Option Program and community service • Monitor online registration and connect with suitable placements • Solicit recent community partnerships for work placements • Evaluate placement agencies for program suitability • Complete necessary reporting and documentation

Requirements: • Relevant secondary education or bachelor’s degree • Minimum 1 year of practical experience in social assistance • Knowledge of socio-economic issues affecting individuals • Strong communication and organizational skills • Must possess valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License
