We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager for our Transportation Division who brings precision, professionalism, and a client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of commercial transportation accounts with accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes in a timely manner.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and carriers,



ensuring clear communication and consistent follow-through.
- Collaborate with Producers and internal teams to support retention and account growth.
- Maintain a strong understanding of transportation-specific coverage, underwriting requirements, and industry regulations.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of Commercial Lines experience (Transportation Experience Highly Preferred).
- Proficiency in Applied Epic
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
- Professional communication and client-service mindset.
