Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and coordinate educational tools and programs • Assess and implement training needs for HCIS • Facilitate onboarding for recent employees and medical staff • Collaborate with Clinical Care Managers and educators • Evaluate delivery of patient care through HCIS
Requirements: • Baccalaureate/Diploma in Nursing, registered in Yukon • Five years of clinical nursing experience • One to two years as an educator/instructor • Strong knowledge of MEDITECH systems • Excellent communication and presentation skills
