Responsibilities
- Assist producers with new business, renewals, endorsements, and claims
- Support inbound walk-in clients and scheduled appointments
- Manage policy changes and customer requests accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate closely with CSR team members
- Maintain accurate records within insurance management systems
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of commercial lines insurance experience or a robust desire to transition from personal lines
- Proficiency with BMS
- Level 1 insurance license
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Able to work full time in office
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and hold required permits
