You will analyze the customer journey, uncover friction, and drive conversion improvements through data-driven experiments and CRO roadmaps. You will design in Figma, enhance information architecture, and collaborate with developers to implement scalable Shopify components and tests that raise trust and clarity for checkout and activation flows.
