As a Resource Person at Humber River Health, you'll play a vital role in enhancing patient experiences in our Cardiology unit. Responsibilities include facilitating communication and ensuring a secure environment, while adapting staffing and patient assignments based on needs. You will lead daily quality and safety huddles, promoting effective interdisciplinary collaboration for optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate communication of patient-related issues across shifts • Adjust staffing assignments based on patient care needs • Deliver direct patient care as required during shifts • Monitor Command Centre to ensure responsive patient flow • Facilitate interdisciplinary team planning for patients
Requirements: • Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred • Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Two years recent experience in a clinical specialty • Current BCLS certification • Leadership experience in nursing
