What are your contributions to the team?

Resolve complex mechanical system issues (troubleshooting) and provide expert support to diagnose critical failures.

Develop, optimize, and maintain functional test procedures for mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with engineering requirements and identifying required specialized tooling.

Collaborate closely with Engineering to review, validate,



and implement technical requirements for mechanical systems.

Plan, manage, and oversee the implementation of production changes while minimizing impacts on operations.

Provide advanced technical support to production teams and continuously improve operational processes.

How to thrive in this role?

A College Diploma (DEC) in Aircraft Maintenance Mechanics, with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in aviation, including at least three (3) years in a specialist role.

Strong expertise in mechanical systems, with the ability to rigorously diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Previous experience as an aircraft mechanical technician or in aircraft maintenance, which is considered a strong asset.

Experience as a mechanical team lead is also a significant advantage.

Demonstrated autonomy, initiative, and solid organizational skills.

Bilingual (English and French) with excellent communication skills.

Knowledge of SAP, Macpac, and Quicksilver software is an asset.

Familiarity with Challenger aircraft products is considered a significant advantage.
