As a Service Tech IV for Customer Equipment Solutions, you'll work independently on various mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems. Your role includes training junior technicians and ensuring top-notch service while maintaining paperwork rigorously. Daily responsibilities will involve traveling to customer job sites when necessary, offering upselling opportunities for complex equipment, and assisting with logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance on complex mechanical and diesel systems • Travel to customer sites for equipment repairs • Train junior technicians as needed • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided • Upsell equipment options and manage deliveries
Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent • 5+ years of repair and maintenance experience • Advanced mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools • Valid driver’s license with a positive driving record • Must own necessary tools for the job
