Job Duties

- Determine the services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Plan, coordinate, manage, and evaluate the activities and operations of the restaurant
- Recruit, supervise staff members, and oversee staff training
- Manage and set staff work schedules
- Control inventory and organize when it needs
- Modify menu prices according to the restaurant’s budget
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets,



cash reports and related forms
- Address customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for supplies

Job Requirements

- Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience
- Education: Completion of secondary school
