A minimum of two years in the PC industry is required, including hands-on experience with desktops and notebooks. This position requires solid troubleshooting abilities and adherence to ISO procedures, as well as effective communication with technical support staff to resolve issues quickly.
Key Responsibilities: • Configure new and refurbished systems for customers • Install, test,
and troubleshoot software and hardware • Meet production deadlines from the Configuration Scheduler • Communicate with technical support to resolve issues • Follow ISO quality management procedures
Requirements: • Post-secondary education in Electronics or IT • Minimum 2 years of PC industry experience • Excellent troubleshooting skills for PCs and servers • Ability to adapt to changing priorities • Capable of lifting independently a minimum of 30 lbs
