• Oversee HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance • Serve as the HIPAA Privacy and Security Officer • Supervise Health Information Management Technician • Create and update compliance policies and procedures • Coordinate privacy training programs for staff

Requirements: • 5 years of experience in non-profit or healthcare settings • 3-5 years in regulatory or compliance roles • Strong communication skills with diverse teams • Experience with sensitive client information management • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
