You will engage with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct product development and Tier 3 support initiatives
• Ensure project quality and compliance with security standards




• Monitor team performance and recognize achievements
• Address performance through regular check-ins and evaluations
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 12 years of professional experience
• Experience in leading scrum teams and product management
• Robust technical skills in JavaScript, React, and AWS
• Proven strategic planning and risk management capabilities
