You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements while offering expert advice on copyright and trademark issues. Your role will be pivotal in managing artist-related legal processes and representing Warner's interests in industry boards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate recording and distribution agreements
• Advise on licensing, copyright, and trademark issues
• Support senior management with deal analysis and compliance




• Maintain contract records and rights-management systems
• Direct regulatory engagements and copyright initiatives

Requirements:
• Law degree and membership with a Canadian law society
• 5–6 years relevant legal experience required
• Solid knowledge of music industry practices and copyright law
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
• Familiarity with entertainment law preferred
