Be a pivotal part of ONxpress as an Information Management Specialist, focusing on governance and information flow within large-scale rail infrastructure projects. Your role will enhance stakeholder collaboration.

This position involves implementing information management standards and compliance with data policies while managing multi-phase project delivery via Common Data Environments. You will lead efforts in document governance and oversight, providing training and support to project teams, ensuring efficient information processes and traceability throughout projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement robust documentation standards aligned with governance frameworks
• Configure platforms like SharePoint and Aconex for project needs
• Guide document governance implementation and continuous process improvement




• Act as the primary information management liaison
• Create compliance reports and dashboards for performance analysis

Requirements:
• Degree in Information Management, Engineering, or related field
• Three or more years’ experience in project/document management
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 and CDE platforms required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and FME preferred
• Robust organizational and communication skills
