Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; Senior Finance Consultant BDO Digital is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; Senior Finance Consultant to join our growing practice in Calgary, Vancouver or Toronto. This new role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client ERP implementations
Lead consultant on larger projects with multiple consultants, mentoring and guiding other consultants
Analyze customer business needs and objectives and provide in‑depth application expertise in targeted business areas
Streamline customer business processes to achieve greater ROI within the context of the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations suite
Provide training to client staff to perform day‑to‑day activities in support of ERP implementations

Experience and Education Minimum 3+ years of consulting experience with Dynamics 365 F&O;,
strong expertise in Finance functional area and relevant modules
Full cycle ERP implementation experience with comprehensive understanding of ERP applications
Knowledge of one or more additional functional areas such as Trade & Logistics, Sales or Talent/Human Resources is preferred
Dynamics 365 F&O;/AX certifications in relevant business disciplines are considered
Experience working with ISVs
Extensive functional knowledge in finance (General Ledger, accounts payable & receivable, fixed assets, multi‑currency management, multi‑business management)
Knowledge of Budgeting, Project Budgeting and Project Accounting
Process analysis, redesign, and documentation experience
Functional design, configuration, and process alignment with deep understanding of financial system concepts and general module functionality
