In this role, you will leverage over 7 years of legal expertise to guide diverse clients through the regulatory landscape of privacy law, particularly focusing on pivotal laws like GDPR and PIPEDA. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and improving client privacy policies, ensuring comprehensive compliance and finding practical solutions for corporate privacy challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance on privacy compliance and policy improvement
• Draft and negotiate privacy-related agreements
• Advise clients on effective privacy policy solutions




• Collaborate with client teams for compliance strategies
• Generate training resources and tools for privacy accountability

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of legal practice with excellent credentials
• Good standing member of the Law Society of Ontario
• Solid knowledge of Canadian, U.S. and EU privacy laws
• Experience in policy formation and regulatory advice
