Startec Compression & Process is seeking an Instrumentation Supervisor to lead installation, calibration, tubing fabrication, testing and commissioning at our Shepard Shop in Calgary, AB.

You will oversee instrumentation technicians, ensuring safe, productive work that meets engineering specs, codes and company standards while driving production performance and quality. Strong leadership and 8+ years of experience are required.
