Overview
Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Foreman reporting to our Regina Construction and Forestry location. The successful applicant for this position will be responsible for the daily organization and dispatch of technicians, providing quality repair work for the Campbell River service Department, advising and making recommendations to the Service Manager regarding technician skills and training needs.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Responsible for the organization of the work performed and quality control

Supervise the work of service technicians

Maintain an organized, clean work environment

Advise and mentor technicians

Commitment to customer service and service excellence

Ability to communicate and work effectively with customers, the service team,



and other branch personnel

Establish & maintain an on-call field schedule

Converse with the customers and operators on the phone, email, or in person

Manage costs and ensure profitability of the department

Opening and closing work orders, preparing work orders for warranty

Other duties as required

What We Look For

Strong organizational skills

Basic Microsoft Office skills required

Candidates must be willing to be available after-hours

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Previous mechanical experience in a heavy equipment environment is an asset

Certified Journeyman in the Heavy Duty Equipment technician trade or equivalent designated trade required

Experience in a service department setting required

Familiarity with John Deere and competitive products preferred

Forklift license preferred
