This full-time, permanent role centers on supporting women in a high-acuity setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality support and resources to residents
• Create and monitor individualized care plans
• Document resident progress and support operations




• Offer crisis intervention and trauma-informed care
• Collaborate on advocacy efforts for residents' needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or similar
• Minimum 7-11 months of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of family violence and trauma-informed practices
• Positive documentation and organizational skills
• Cultural competency and respect for diverse backgrounds
