Capital Automotive Group is seeking a Tower Operator to orchestrate the service department workflow, assign repair orders, and coordinate between technicians, advisors, and parts to keep repairs on track and customers informed. You will actively monitor progress, minimize downtime, and resolve schedule disruptions to ensure secure, productive shop operations and profitability. Experience in automotive service dispatching and DMS mastery is preferred.
