Job Title: Dishwasher / Cleaner

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm

Wage: $20.00/hour

Location: Baddeck

We are looking for a dishwasher / cleaner to join our team. This position is responsible for keeping dishes, kitchen areas, dining areas, and equipment clean, sanitary, and organized while supporting the kitchen team as needed.

Responsibilities

- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, sinks, and food-preparation areas.
- Clean dining areas, tables, chairs, washrooms, and other areas as required.
- Sweep and mop floors throughout the restaurant.




- Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures.
- Properly store cleaning supplies and use cleaning chemicals according to instructions.
- Help maintain a clean, protected, and welcoming environment for staff and customers.
- Perform other cleaning and general support duties as assigned.

- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Good attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying.
- Comfortable working as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
