Education Coordinator – Full Time

Location: Pickering, Ontario. This in‑person position requires commuting to the office. Relocation packages are not available.

Job Summary

Oxford Learning Pickering seeks a dynamic and motivated Education Coordinator to support students from pre‑school to post‑secondary levels in achieving academic success. The role involves collaborating with staff, teachers, parents, and the community to deliver Oxford Learning programs.

Responsibilities

- Provide information to prospective parents about our Oxford Learning programs.
- Organize schedules for students, staff, and teachers.
- Set up and administer student assessments.
- Establish and oversee student learning programs.
- Liaise with community partners, including schools, sports teams, and local businesses.
- Maintain regular contact with parents, discussing student progress.
- Ensure Oxford Learning philosophy is maintained throughout the centre.
- Create a positive, energetic learning environment.
- Master the Oxford Learning Teaching philosophy and coach teaching team members.

Qualifications

- Minimum university degree, preferably in Social Sciences, Languages, Math,



or Business.
- Robust secondary school mathematics skills are an asset.
- Multilingual ability is an asset.
- Experience in an educational environment serving medium to large student bodies.
- Experience in a business setting is an asset.
- Knowledge of billing cycles.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, online communication apps).
- Strong phone skills and experience in customer service; sales experience preferred.

Compensation

Salary: $42,000 per year.
