You will collaborate closely with brokers, account managers, and insurers to deliver comprehensive underwriting solutions. Your role includes reviewing applications, preparing quotes, and providing analytical insights for decision-making. Helping to maintain client relationships while driving new sales will be pivotal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess group insurance applications and determine risk factors
• Analyze multiple proposals and provide client recommendations
• Coordinate recent implementation processes with account teams
• Prepare and negotiate client renewal reports
• Provide consulting services to stakeholders on underwriting
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of relevant insurance experience
• Excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
• Familiar with Excel and insurance concepts
• Preferably holding a GBA designation
