Join our team as an experienced Property Manager managing properties on South Vancouver Island. This full-time role emphasizes tenant relations, compliance, and property maintenance.

With a focus on overseeing multi-family residential and mixed-use properties, you will be the primary contact for tenants and service providers in various locations. Your expertise will ensure compliance with the British Columbia Residential Tenancy Act through meticulous documentation and inspections. Additionally, you'll be responsible for financial oversight and maintenance coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operations of residential and mixed-use properties
• Handle tenancy disputes, inspections, and compliance documentation
• Develop and manage property operating budgets




• Coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams
• Respond to emergency situations as needed

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of property management experience preferred
• Solid knowledge of tenancy laws and regulations
• Valid BC driver's licence with good driving history
