We’re looking for a hardworking Gardening Crew Member to help maintain and enhance outdoor spaces through planting, garden care, seasonal cleanups, and landscape maintenance. What You’ll Do

- Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and garden beds
- Assist with mulching, edging, lawn care, and seasonal cleanups
- Follow site plans and supervisor instructions
- Work closely with the Junior Project Manager and crew members
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
- Report equipment maintenance needs
- Support grounds maintenance and other landscaping projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record




- Solid work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible to work early mornings and weekends during busy seasons
