Responsibilities
As a Technical Solutions Engineer at Epic, you’ll work on software that impacts 305 million patients around the world. Together with customer counterparts, you’ll diagnose problems, identify solutions, and manage implementation across multiple physical locations and stakeholders. You will tackle mission‑critical and complex issues beyond easy “turn it off and on again” fixes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or greater
A history of academic excellence or professional success
Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations
Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
