Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer Service Cloud Agentforce

Job Location: Canada, Mississauga, Ontario

Role Objective
As a Senior Developer you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and cutting-edge AI technology. You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Service Cloud and the strategic deployment of Agentforce to automate customer service workflows, enhance agent productivity and deliver autonomous AI interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Agentforce AI Implementation

Client Facing Onsite offshore coordination

Required Qualifications

Experience 6 years in Salesforce Development with at least 2 years focused on Service Cloud

Platform Mastery – Advanced Apex, Asynchronous Integrations, Lightning Web Components, and complex Flow orchestration

AI Data Hands-on experience with Data Cloud DMOs, DLOs and Calculated Insights to provide the data foundation for Agentforce

Integration Expert knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Event-Driven Architecture including Platform Events

DevOps Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset or Salesforce CLI) in an Agile setting

AI Familiarity – Proven experience with Salesforce AI tools Einstein Bots, Prompt Builder or Agentforce

Certifications Preferred

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist (High Preferred)

Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant

Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
